DESCRIPTION

Jumeirah Jumeirah represents a coastal residential area of Dubai and comprises mainly of low-rise private residences. While administratively divided into three neighborhoods which are named "Jumeirah 1," "Jumeirah 2" and "Jumeirah 3" this area boasts both expensive and huge detached properties and wide variety of more modest town houses with original and unique architectural styles and aesthetics. Demand of living in Jumeirah is very high and the area itself is very easy to access and navigate from exit points off Sheikh Zayed Road, leading to Jumeirah Beach Road and Al Wasl Road. There is also a bus route and plenty of passing taxis. It is also connected with other parts of the city by the Metro line.

Considering its great location, near to the beach, Burj Al Arab and the fact that all the amenities such as shopping malls and fashion boutiques, lots of cafés, hotels, nurseries and schools are in the vicinity, Jumeirah is an outstanding place for living. With its commercial souk, canal, bars and restaurants, Madinat Jumeirah, is an exemplary go-to destination in the evening. During the day you can enjoy your family lunch in one of the many well known restaurants in Madinat Jumeirah with breathtaking Burj Al Arab view. Getting to the beach is easy from here and the quality of life is remarkable.

Residents of this area can choose from villas which are near to the Mercato Mall in Jumeirah 1. Alternatively, their choice can be an apartment or villa close to the newly built three kilometer long artificial Dubai Water Canal. Some of them may even want to have views of the Burj Al Arab. No matter the taste and the need, Jumeirah will satisfy every resident with its high quality of facilities and life itself. Villas typically have between three and five bedrooms (very popular among families), but villas with six, seven or even ten bedrooms are no exception and can be found in this area.

While Jumeirah in general is not a freehold area which means that foreign nationals other than UAE or GCC nationals are not allowed to own the property/plot in this specific area, there are some freehold properties that come to the sale market occasionally.

Price for yearly rent goes from 85,000 AED to 650,000 AED while for sale it’s from 3,000,000 AED to 20,000,000 AED.
