Dubai Marina is a modern district of Dubai located at its southern part, known for skyscrapers, luxurious hotels, apartment buildings, cafes. It is an artificial canal district and home to numerous boats and yachts parked in small marinas located along the 8 km of landscaped public walkways. The residential buildings within the JBR cluster of Dubai Marina have a direct access to the 3 km long beach and the promenade filled with restaurants, shops and entertainment areas. The apartments in Dubai Marina are generally offering great views of either the sea, marina or both since all buildings are between 10 and 101 floors tall. Like other areas of Dubai, Dubai Marina is home to many nationalities but it is generally considered that nationalities with Caucasian origin are prevailing.
