Business Bay is a new, modern commercial, residential and business area with numerous skyscrapers. The area is an extension of Dubai Creek from Downtown Dubai, it is near Dubai design District area, as well as the Ras Al Khor and Sheikh Zayed Road. In spite of frequent and sometimes busy traffic at a rush hour, the area is well connected to the Red Line of Dubai Metro and it’s also a pleasant area for walking. The big, spacious apartments with considerably lower rents and proximity to Downtown make Business Bay more than an attractive option for families. It is also a phenomenal base for professionals, who tend to stay in the new towers close to their work - Dubai International Financial Center and Downtown are easily accessible from Business Bay.
Newly constructed Dubai Water Canal as an extension of Deira Creek connects Business Bay with Arabian Gulf coastline. Consisting of three zones: The Water Network, The Green Network and The Public Realm, this 2.9 km long project offers unforgettable leisure experience with plenty of dining and retail destinations situated along 5 km boardwalk.
Business Bay area is close to Emaar Square and its numerous outlets, premier dining options, banks and travel agencies. There is also a Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain. Smaller shopping malls, such as the one at the base of Executive Towers, can also be found in the vicinity, alongside cafés, great restaurants in many hotels, supermarkets, pharmacies, salons, tailoring outlets and domestic staff recruitment firms. Bay Avenue Park is a small but pleasant green area filled with fountains, even the running track and a skate park. The park consists of two levels of indoor and outdoor retail space. In the near future, a number of cafes, restaurants, boutiques, showrooms, plazas, children’s play areas and sporting facilities will also be constructed.
All the residential towers have amazing facilities at residents’ disposal such as swimming pools and gymnasiums but most tenants are obliged to pay for their air-conditioning through Empower. Villas with stunning views of Burj Khalifa are also located in the Business Bay Area. Apartments are really spacious and can be more affordable than those of neighboring Downtown Dubai. Studios or one, two, three and even four bedroom apartments with generous and beautiful layouts can be found especially in Executive Towers - a cluster of 12 towers.
Property prices for rent are in range of 60,000 - 180,000 AED yearly and 1,000,000 -3,000,000 for sale.
